Simplified Tier descriptions

New Tier! This is for bonus stuff, those who want to offer support and have more influence over my work. I will be growing this tier as 2021 goes on. Lens updates will start in the next few days. And remember, these will mostly be bonus things. Don't worry too much about missing out on any main content if you don't want to join this tier!

Star Patron Tier mentions voting - This used to be a Microscope Tier benefit, and for this month, will still be available to the Microscope Tier. This changes in February!

Next improvements: Since I'm adding a new tier, a new "goal" will be added to my page. Maybe more than one? (These are the goals that are stipulated by a certain level of support.) This will be something for me to invest in for the future. Microscope Tier will vote on what this new goal should be!
