Saw this in theaters and loved. What I’ll say is, the only the that made me jump in this movie was Balloon boy 😂

Josh Hutcherson and Matthew Lillard were both were great in this! I went in to this completely blind and had fun. I think the pacing feels a bit one note at times, but the back story piece I found really interesting.

I think viewers are better off not knowing anything or being completely up to date on the games. Viewers only familiar with the older games might be confused by the nature of the animatronics and Vanessa. I quite enjoyed it...I only wish they went R rated to capture the darker side of the games
