Aaron & John are headed Down Under to learn what a Knife REALLY is!! Did y'all grow up with Crocodile Dundee???

(ALSO! We watched this via AMC+ thru Amazon Prime Video which has commercial fades inserted - looks like the overall runtime is still the same, so hopefully you shouldn't have too much trouble syncing!!)

Crocodiles are generally more attractive than Alligators. They tend to be more slender, have straighter teeth and a milder temperament (respectively). So basically crocs are like high fashion models and alligators model for Sears and Kmart catalogs.

You guys crack me up. you watch an 80's movie and say there's all kinds of stuff in here you weren't expecting for an 80's movie.. Everything in this is true 80's. Even with the way he dealt w/ the Trans in the bar. Back in those days it was kind of a unwritten rule whatever you do in the privacy of your own home is your business but don't bring it out into the public and definitely don't force or push it on anyone . In the 80's if a transgender person "came onto you" like this one did, and you weren't aware of them being 'trans" people took that as being lied to, manipulated etc. That's why seeing 'trans/homesexuals" in bars that weren't catered specifically for them, other words as we called it back then, regular or straight bars/clubs.. was very rare and if it happened, they wouldn't try to hit on you, unless you knew they were trans or gay. I think the way Mick handled it in the 80's was about as gentlemanly as he could back then. Most times they'd just knock the crap out of them, especially during the whole AIDS scare, cause the media really pushed AIDS as being a homosexual disease and if you got it back in those earlier years, you were quarantined in a special part of a hospital and kinda shunned away from the world. Again a different time, but getting through the 80's the way things were, helped pave a path to where we are today . That's why respecting history no matter how ugly is important. It helped people learn, grow and change. As someone that lived in the 70's- to today. A lot has happened and changed some for the good, some not so much. But it's good for younger generations to go back and watch these types of films, but don't make fun of them or be uncomfortable with them. They're not a 2020's films, they're films made in the past and just be happy with how much society has changed for the better, rather than just focusing on how horrible and uncomfortable something was in it. Cause it was those types of attitudes, actions etc that helped lead to the change that you all appreciate.
