By no copyrighted, you mean no fanart of existence anime and video game characters and stuff? So we can only submit OCs?

substantially correct. you also can choose your friends OC, or copyright free character. (anyway I dont know such a character at least in japan)

Hello! I have a question about commissions. Would OCs created through games like FFXIV still count as OCs or are they still 'copyrighted?'
