The way Chikara's story hit Fuuko got me in tears, too. I know she really felt his pain. The tragic version of "he's like me foreal."

Nah, Fuuko's Unluck doesn't increase with any intense emotion, it's just when she's actually fond of and attached to the target. As much as she doesn't want to admit it, she's pretty much in love with Andy at this point, which is why Unluck with him gets meteors and shit. If she were to touch someone she hated, the Unluck would be like..... idk, tripping on a banana peel. So it's crazy powerful, but has a HUGE drawback. Her character development is spectacular, though.
