Imagine the shenanigans he’s gonna pull now that he’s back in his old world with magic 😂. They handled how the met differently in the manga/ln but I kinda like this version more

Movie up next just announced. This arc is the last half of volume 4 and doesn’t jive with volume 5 fluidly so it doesn’t make sense to put it in a season 3. The movie will adapt the rest of vol 4 and then presumably vol 5 and 6 will be the start of season 3

Chapter 46 covers this fight. For anyone else who’s going to read ahead this chapter ends with a big detail they didn’t mention. The kage-jutsu episode also mentions it so beware

If you're reading the Manga and not the LN, they took creative liberties with the ending in this episode. It went different in the manga. Source: CH 46 - 48. Maybe they'll show it in the movie but in the Manga Beta warps with him, they explore and then meet up with her and the other resistance fighters. He doesn't show up as Shadow in the manga until much later. However if they're following the LN that's a different story as I haven't read it.

Also Sherm 18:30 when it comes to Shadow garden. Alpha is their top fighter yes, then followed by Delta and then Zeta. As you seen in episode 8 Zeta and Delta are often fighting lool. but the thing with Zeta she's lazy despite having the most potential

I believe that Cid wasn't the cause of the collision but that there was a collision between realms allowing Cid to be reincarnated when he first died. Thus earth gained magic while Cid reincarnated.
