It was honestly a well thought out wish. Modoka was told that the incubators were essential in mankind’s development, so she kept them in it while stopping all the witches from even being created. Now she’s God level. I can’t wait until you see the movie.

Lets go. Rebellion movie is absolutely pure peak. Has one of my favourite fights in all anime out of the 1000s I have watched. So excited for Part 4.
