Peak shonen, still my number 1. Ppl sleeping on this show so I’m glad I got to see yall’s journey into this goofy madness. This show helped me out alot in highschool. Especially the comedy ep. Even tho sometimes it felt like filler it still managed to make me happy when I felt stressed. Glad to see y’all love the series as much as me ✌🏾

So many main characters have hype moments leading into a battle while we got Gintoki being blasted out of Sadaharu's ass, and I'd have it no other way. So glad to have been here for the journey.

Ngl, this movie got me multiple times. This show helped me through so much in my life, and so I was a big ass baby when I watched this. Especially because we never thought that these last chapters would get animated. A few things you guys might have missed, btw! #1: The ending credits had a bit from every ending mixed into it. #2: When everyone is hopping on Hasegawa's car, the theme that plays is a guitar only instrumental of the first Otsu song we heard. #3: Zenzo's og VA passed before getting to record for this movie, that's why the voice sounds so different. #4: Sorachi has always voiced his own character. It was awesome joining you guys on this journey! I look forward to watching more reactions of yours moving forward.

My favorite part about Gintama is that it's gotta be one of the most irreplaceable stories out there man. Having good action, storytelling and comedy for like 360 episodes is almost impossible to match. Was an amazing journey yall!

Yessir bro it was a ride. When it all got serious I started missing the earlier comedy episodes for real. My favorite take-away is that Sorachi made these characters for people who feel lost or don't have any big dreams like Naruto or Luffy, but they can see Gintoki and everyone else just doing fuck-shit 24/7 and realize that's fine, too. That's why it really resonated with me and that's why it's my #1. Also, Gintoki coming out of Sadaharu's ass is a contender for #1 anime character entrance, if not the #1, and nobody can tell me otherwise LMAO. And yeah that Gintoki vs Utsuro final fight is prob my favorite. The emotion was so god damn crazy, I cried so hard seeing Takasugi die and then Gintoki cry for the first time. Not to mention the ending credits for the movie referenced a lot of the earlier ED's like elizabeth skipping away in the rain with Mr. Raindrop 😭. SO GOATED

It was fun beginning to end and I can’t believe over a year later we’re done but man what a goated series! Yorozuya forever!

So stoked you guys went down this ride. Thank you for everything and keep it up fam. (Hope you don't mind the long post but I love also sharing my love of this show with others.) To me the show is definitely a 9/10, Favorite main serious arc (4+episodes long) I give it to Red Spider arc with Tsukuyo. As for Mini arcs, the Mitsuba arc was beautiful and made me tear up. Top 3 characters: Gintoki, Tsukuyo and Takasugi. Also so many good music tracks in this series. For The Final movie, they had 3 songs made for it from the rock bands DOES and Spyair which have done some of the most beloved OPs and EDs for the series. If you ever also look up some of the tracks they've used in the show, some of the names are pretty silly but also can be one of the saddest tracks ever. Ex: "Women who ask whats more important work or me deserve a german suplex" is the name of one of the OST tracks. Anyways sorry again for the long post. Again, really glad you guys went down this and much props to you.

also, the Takasugi/Utsuro fight was one of my favorites and i think they did an amazing job with it especially the transitions in between blows. i also really loved the boat scene with Sugi which wasnt in the manga so when i saw it i cried cuss Sugi is one of my favorite characters after Gintoki. they did so well with that! 🥹
