Lol, its wild how people are so quick to get offended over animation. There is no real winner here. There is only the living and the dead. RT TV brought up a really good point in that its not that we don't care that the innocent are being hurt, it was going to happen eventually no matter what because of the difference in beliefs and the inability of one side being unable to let go of their hatred for an event that happened hundreds of years ago. At the end of the day you have to pick a side. Eldians. Marleyans. or none. That is a side too. Someone commented that Gabi's line (which always makes me heated btws) "Did you see it? Neither did I." I literally what many people are embodying as they hate her. I don't care if you hate her or not. It's just interesting. /Did you see the Eldians enslave Marley centuries ago? Neither did I./" "/Did you witness the Marleyan hero Helios defeat King Fritz? Me neither./" And what an example that last one is, the Marleyans believed that in that story about the War Hammer Titan teaming up with a dude named Helios that they even have [had] a statue in his honor and revered him only for it to turn out to be a lie. Like, on one hand she is right but on the other hand we as the viewers have got to see both sides, but we have had more time with the Paradisians. I'm with Eren all the way, but that doesn't mean that I actively endorse mass genocide, indiscriminate bombing or any act of terrorism in real life just because I am fine with an *ANIMATED CHARACTER* doing it. This is literally what happens when you corner an animal to the point of desperation. Honestly I'm stoked that y'all are on Team Eren.

Not necessarily. A lot of wars actually were for valid reasons, and there was a lot of times where diplomacy WAS attempted. Which really was my biggest point here. There was never in the past 100 years any attempt at communication with paradis, no attempt to smooth over anything. Just sending child soldiers over to try and fuck them over.
