It is important to note that Subaru didn't just have unseen hand. Their is technically a difference from the usual unseen hand we saw back in season 1. Subaru has the ability invisible providence along with unseen hand but these two are not the same and it isn't the same thing betelguese had in season 1. I think we get more explanation on this later on so I don't want to give any more info than basically just making it more clear for you guys.
