On gogoanime they keep complaining in the comments that too much is being cut out and it is staying boring. I partly understand but still this is build up to hopefully the good part of this arc. People complaining and bitching too much.

They honestly have not cut out all that much. The biggest part cut would probably be the journey to take Wiene to the village cause there was a lot more danger. I know Lido mentioned how Gros wanted to "test" them so they actually sent a bunch of normal monsters after them like a Killer Hornet Nest and a group of Dark Fungus (mushroom monster that look like the mushroom people from Dark Souls but black and gray and poisonous) but other than that not all that much has been left out, and yeah I've seen people complaining about the episodes being "slow and boring" but thats called buildup. People got to learn not everything starts at 100 and yeah this is the start of the meat for this arc so oh boy.

Yes, yes it did. I thlught they would cut that part out to be honest. Glad they didnt because it does show how people can be far worse than monsters.
