Emilia gonna become best girl this season, I feel it in my bones. Though her only competition right now seems to be some in a coma so... Though Echidna might steal best supporting girl while she's in the show if a lot of people's reactions are anything to go by.

It’s getting interesting, one gripe that I had this episode was subaru basically saying “nah” to the answers to most , if not all his questions about this world. I feel as though he will eventually have a thorough conversation with echidna , maybe towards the latter half of the season, but it’s a tad bit annoying to wait when he could’ve just asked then and there. Delayed gratification I suppose , I know he was worried about Emilia , but he could’ve asked how time flows in that world/dimension he was in, idk maybe I’m digging to deep 😭 since he forgot what they talked about right after he left. Also , a interesting theory I had while watching this was perhaps they were trying to resurrect echidna not satella , which would explain somewhat why Beatrice knew petelguese and Roswall knew echidna, and why they act so cordial when their names are mentioned. Or I’m tripping 😂, anyway thanks for reading this long ass comment.

Just thought I'd mention that Echidna is not the witch who has been causing Subaru to die and rewind, the witch of envy is the one that has been doing that.

Given Subaru's experience with the Witch cult, I understand why he doesn't want to rely on Echidna, and I'd even say that's the better thing to do rn, at this point he doesn't need her help but has gained the qualifications for the trial, if he had interrogated her the answers could have been the gift he received instead and he wouldn't be able to participate in it. Also there's a mistranslation in the episode, they talk about the Envy Witch Factor but it's actually the Sloth one that he had inside of him thanks to defeating Betelgeuse. Also the patron that reacted with y'all was great, if he reading this you did a good job bro

Emilia's speech to the villagers gave me major feels. Also, Echidna is cute af. I would have stayed. XD Bakugou's voice is perfect for Garfiel LOL. It's clear that Subaru has a thing for silver-haired girls. He had a thing for them all along, so makes sense he fell for Emilia haha. But I really wanna see more of Echidna.
