Cutting Tier Prices (Patreon)

As I promised a few times in the past months already, it's finally time to lower the price of the 2 base Patreon tiers.
Since I can't just lower the prices of existing tiers, I made new ones. They are already live and you can migrate whenever you want (I don't have charge upfront enabled, so you won't be charged twice in September). In the mean time I'll retire the old tiers and delete them once everyone leaves.

GIFTBOX TIER ($6) becomes GIFTBOX TIER (!!NEW!!) ($4)
SOCIAL TIER ($10) becomes SOCIAL TIER (!!NEW!!) ($7)

All the rewards stay the same, as you can see in the tier descriptions. Only thing worth mentioning as a change is that you will get a little less POINTS for participating in patreon commission, as some of the points you get from the amount you pledge. But that's negligible, I guess.

The other tiers remain unchanged, cause they contain personalized rewards (ART, SUPER FAN and SUPER FAN & ART Tiers) or their sole purpose is the pledge amount (WONDERBRO Tier).

I predict this price cut will affect the current stretch goals tied to free commissions. This month the $6 tier will get free commission slots anyway, but in the coming months that will probably change. Hopefully with more support we'll eventually get back on track. :3
