Y’all ever wonder what it looks like to see me come up with a character design on the fly? This is funny because when Im making adopts, I don’t scrap ANYTHING. It always just works somehow. Or it doesn’t, but it’s still an interesting design that someone gets to fall in love with.

Mags comes to me this week and says: “you should make a 2005 era OC for no good reason at all” and my immediate thought was: “mall goth gender bitch probably”

then she says it’s for a monster of the week game (AH!)

then she reminds me that I can play a werewolf (AHHH???)

so, today, I start working on,,, him

but ultimately I don’t like this design. It’s too “Emo Art” for me. It’s too (if you’ve been here this long, you KNOW) “ATSG Gamzee” for me 😵‍💫

im rambling but you get the idea. Tried and failed. But tried nonetheless.
