Ogawa was the one who did the shadow weaving in this episode, he did it against Ver at the end of last season when Genjuro and Ogawa were capturing Ver but Ver was able to overpower it when he released the Nephilim's heart. In some of the bonus information from G, it was explained that the technique originated from the Ogawa ninja clan and he was the one who taught it to Tsubasa.
