Six and I have been working on some things that we are just revealing. Nightshift is a short project that arose because of my computer issues. Orchard Online is basically the polls given a bit more flair. Hope you enjoy them!

Nightshift - v0.1 releasing September 7th on Icarue's Patreon, Sept. 22nd publicly


Nightshift is a game with visual novel and card game (triple triad) elements. You take the role of a new hire at the Department of Energy. As you show up for your first day on the night shift, you discover you are sharing your desk with another person on the days shift. With a branching narrative leading to a planned 18 endings and 45 cards to collect across the routes, what fate will await these two?

Nightshift is a collaborative effort between 6six6 and Icarue, and it was born this last month when Icarue's computer broke, giving an excuse to develop a smaller project between the two. v0.1 is planned for release in early September, and the remaining endings will be filled out via monthly releases through the end of the year. Mockingbird is a turned-based RPG with significant rogue-lite and sim-type gameplay elements. It follows the three franchise owners of the world-renowned "Mockingbird Café". Faced with the debt and uncertainty of their business, how shall they resolve to find a happy ending among the growing chaos? This game will have a heavy focus on gameplay-integrated TFs and giving narrative/gameplay purpose to bad ends.

Mockingbird is a collaborative effort between 6six6 and Icarue. It started as a concept by 6six6 in early 2021, and after Icarue joined the effort in mid-2022, the development of the title has crawled along as time between other projects has provided. With a recent testing period for the fundamental combat systems completed recently, we are targeting the opening months of 2024 as a release date for v0.1 (and this announcement adds a deadline to target!). We hope you enjoy it when it releases properly!

Orchard Online - No set release dates
Orchard Online is a multi-project effort that follows the setting of "Orchard Online", a VRMMO of the future utilizing technology originally made for the conspicuous Orchard University. As one may come to expect in such a situation, one day the players looked at their menus and discovered that the log-out functionality was broken. They were stuck. But... there was no directive. No grandstanding figure to have pulled the trigger. So these people were simply stuck... in their game avatars (TFs and all) to live out their lives.

Orchard Online: Merchant Mode
...is a planned shop simulation game in the style of the Recettear. You play as a shopkeeper who has settled into this new life and deals with the oddities of running a store in a game world, along with all the drama created by a world of people stuck in the game. This game is being made by Icarue for an ongoing contest on TFGS.

Orchard Online: Dev Mode
...is a planned erotic art series to be drawn by Icarue with a narrative structure supported by 6six6 (with additional writing help provided by volunteers from Icarue's regular writing helpers as available). It follows one of the people stuck in this world after he tracks down the one sure way out! To use a glitch to give 'developer mode' to his account! And after successfully doing this...! Nothing. It doesn't work. So he gives up and decides to travel the world in a stupor. As he does, he takes up people-watching as a hobby, viewing many of the eccentric people in the game and... via the dev mode view... their expanded background through status screens and the like. What stories do these TFed people have to tell? Or... what stories can our protagonist use his dev mode powers to nudge them along to?
