This is my dormitory diary entry for January!

I hope you’re having a good New Year.

I spent New Year’s break back at home with my family.

I was busy there cooking up osechi with rice cakes (a traditional dish usually made around New Years).

Then, on New Year’s Day, I went to do my first shrine visit of the year (Hatsumōde) and watched Godzilla 1.0.

It was way better than it had any right to be…!

Godzilla is super big! Super strong! Super cool!!!

There were so many unique, memorable characters and the story was really good, too.

After that, I was able to mostly just play with my dog, drive around, and eat out which was a nice change of pace!

This year, I’m doing my best to get my work assignments done and self-study so I can get promoted to a key animator this year!!

1月の寮生日記を投稿いたします！

あけましておめでとうございます。

年末年始休暇は実家で過ごしました。

年末はお餅をついておせちを作ってとバタバタしていました。

元旦は初詣に行ってゴジラ-1.0を見ました。

面白すぎました、、、、！

ゴジラがとにかくデカい！強い！！かっこいい！！！

個性豊かなキャラクターも多くストーリー自体もとても良かったです。

その後も犬と戯れたり、ドライブに行ったり、外食したりととてもリフレッシュ出来ました！

今年は原画マンに上がれるように課題をこなしていくことと、仕事以外でも絵を描くことを頑張ります！！
