December Dormitory Diary Entry - Okabe (Patreon)

Dear all,

This is Okabe with my December update.

The cold weather makes it hard to leave the warmth of our heated offices and face the chilly restrooms, especially with the cold toilet seats.

Work-wise, I recently handled an opening sequence which was challenging due to the rough lines of recent keyframes.

It's tough to determine whether the lines are intentionally rough or just hastily drawn.

I hope I get better at this...

it’s a lot of work, but seeing the finished show makes it worthwhile.

お世話になっております。岡部です。

近頃は寒く、職場でも家でもひざ掛けが欠かせません。職場は暖房が効いていて暖かいですが、御手洗に行くとどうしても寒く、また便座も冷たいので、しんどいです。

最近は、オープニングの作業がありました。かっこいい動きのカットを取りましたが、原画の方がとってもラフな線で描かれていて、クリンナップの時点で大変に苦労しました。描かれた線がただざっくり引かれているのか意図的なのか分かりづらいと辛いです。見極めたいです。また線量も多くて連日たくさん残業してしまいました。仕上がってみるといい感じになったので良かったです。
