Hi, This is Muchi.

March already? Feeling the warmth settling in and sensing that holiday season creeping closer.

With the weather getting more fishing-friendly, I took a few days off training and spent that time fishing instead. Managed to reel in quite a haul, which was awesome.

We've got this fish in Japan called Kasago, pretty common in our waters. Thing is, they grow at a snail's pace, only about 2 or 3 centimeters a year. So, it's good manners to release the little ones back into the sea. They're delicious, though, so here's hoping they grow big and show up in front of me again!

Oh, and fun fact: these fish hatch their eggs inside their bellies and give birth to live young. So, during spawning season, their bellies look like they're about to burst.

Guess finding eroticism in nature's phenomena is just part of the job, huh?
