Plans, sketches, and payments (Patreon)

Hey, first of all, I apologize for the lack of updates, and general unprofessionalism that we here at Rogue Diamond have done with our patreon. There's no real excuse to say, so I'll just apologize.

I do however, want to express a new plan of attack, and with the new changes done to patreon I think it's more possible now than ever.

First of all, for all patreons, we will be opening a new file for download with hi-res comic pages for your viewing and downloading pleasure. normal and readable pages will of course be released for free to all, but if you really want to look up close to some of the details of a page (or just stare grinning at one of your favourite panels full screen) then huzzah! You're in luck. As a side note we will also be trying much harder with getting preview pics up for people in the 5+ tiers.

Now to another manner, sketches/story requests. I'm not sure if it wasn't clear, but when your payment has gone through then you can have a sketch, and if you forget about it and 6 months later you decide you want all 6 sketches done at once, then you're out of luck. If you want a special group pic, then mail me, and we can work something out, but forgetting about it (as horrible as this is going to sound) isn't our problem, and getting a gigantic surplus of sketch commissions all at once would slow down production on this comic. So again, at the 5th of every month, after your payment has gone through for $30+ tiers, if you want your reward please tell us immediately.

Now onto a bit more of a touchy subject, people who's payments don't go through. Whether on purpose or not, some people have declined payments. Some have been around for month and they still have a big fat 0 next to their totals, others have numbers and perhaps are just recent. Before I didn't bother blocking them, I just assumed they would just make a new account and there'd be nothing I could do about it. But with the pay-first feature that patreon now has, it has become less likely. Which means I'm going to be doing some cleaning house. Any old patreon with a 0 and constant declines are getting booted, those who have contributed before but are declined now, I'm willing to give you some time to work it out. To everyone else, we all thank you for your continued support.
