바로 본론으로 들어가자면,

이러한 글을 쓰는 이유는 보상 작업물의 방식을 이전처럼 되돌리려 하고 있습니다.

이전의 보상은 투표를 통해 4명의 캐릭터를 선발해 1개의 보상 당 2개의 일러스트를 그렸었습니다.

바꾼 보상 안은 캐릭터 추천을 통해 주 당 2명의 캐릭터를 선발하여, 1개의 보상 당 1개의 일러스트를 그렸었습니다.

하지만 작년 11월부터 바꾼 이 보상 안은 오히려 더 감당이 되지 않을 뿐더러, 리턴은 훨씬 더 적었습니다. 오히려, 전체적으로 마이너스 효과가 나타나지 않았나 싶습니다.

저 역시 만족스럽지 않고, 팬 여러분들께서도 만족스럽지 않았을 것이라 생각됩니다.

그리하여, 작품 하나 당 일러스트 2개, 월 4개의 작품을 그리려고 합니다.

대신 캐릭터의 선정 방식을 투표가 아닌, 캐릭터 추천으로 바꾸려고 합니다.

적용은 3월부터 시작하겠습니다.

To get right to the point, the reason why I'm writing this is because I'm trying to undo the way the reward works used to be.
In the previous reward, four characters were selected through voting and two illustrations were drawn per reward.
The changed reward plan selected two characters per week through character recommendation, and drew one illustration per reward.

But this compensation package, which has been changed since November last year, is not only more affordable, but has had far fewer returns. Rather, I think there was a negative effect overall.
I'm not satisfied either, and I don't think the fans are satisfied either.

So, I'm going to draw two illustrations per work, four works per month.
Instead, I would like to change the selection method of characters to character recommendation, not voting.
The application will start in March.
