You need the latest version of Fallout 4 or material swaps wont work!

Main file comes with Premade meshes those uses (Vtaw outfit V3, nude) body presets. Outfits are made with those body shapes they have no distortions, and have better shapes then bodyslides.
For bodyslides i take premade meshes and downscale them to fit base CBBE body, this creates distortions, destroys the original shape of the outfit.

Shoes that come with my mod's has Full CBBE body uses Slot 33 (this replaces default body) and are used as a base for your outfits.
Bodyslides dosent change the shape of shoes only the body shape.

OCBP w0rks straight out of the box, 3BBB you need to convert the outfits yourself and it is a hit and miss. Some look good others not so good

Am i doing something wrong ? Your 0.12 version is invisible, everything i equip is either not there or makes the body disappear. Also bodyslide doesnt appear on bodyslide.

Hi Vtaw, Thank you for your mod! A couple of problems occurs after installing v8 1: Anyway for me to modify the nerd glass? since it looks bigger than normal on my character. 2.The new bikini stocking is not fitting with the leg of my character as the lower part of the leg skin is piercing through the stocking, even after some bodyslide tweak. Again, Thanks for all the effort!

Not sure why, but Vtaw Material swaps: 0.46 will not install in to Mod Organizer 2, I keep getting errors that are appearing. Main 0.48 & Bodyslides 0.48 are installed though.

No those are just additional texture's (material swaps) main file comes with base texture set. Look at the version (0.60) next to downloads they should be the same as (Beta 0.60 Vtaw Wardrobe8) if not it means last time it was updated was with (Beta 0.46 Vtaw Wardrobe8)

We need a good boot cut jean, something that works with your existing boots, maybe add a cowboy boot. Gunslinger style holster. Add a torn plaid option to the open shirt. 😊

I have a potentially dumb question and can't get into my Discord at the moment...My question is how do i load the materials, or rather the textures, into Vortex? Please let me know. Thank you all :) I've tried importing the .esp and also dragging and dropping but I'm doing something wrong.

Not a dumb question. The files are so large. Since you are using Vortex, which puts them in the Fallout4\Data directory. For the Beta0.68VtawWardrobe8 file, unpack it. Change the Vtaw wardrobe 8 directory name to Data. Then you can copy that into your Fallout 4 directory. For the material swaps file unpack it, change the vtaw wardrobe 8 materials directory name to Data. Copy into Fallout 4 directory. The bodyslide files can be loaded through Vortex. I always had problems due to file size when I used Vortex. Hope this helps.

Ok so (I hope I understood correctly XD) I unzipped the files to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data and then tested it but didn't see it show up at all. I think where I'm confused is changing the directory name (unless you're talking about unzipping it into the Fallout4/Data

The model of armor transformation platform is still refuge 111. It will be very troublesome when trying to transform the material. You need to exit repeatedly to determine the material. Its very doable you'd need every npc to wear vtaw boots as they use a body slot this avoids clipping and stops clothes not compatible with the modular clothes to not spawn instead saying that it'll just take a lot of work and you wouldn't have to worry about computer power all that because vtaws clothing is a perfect mix of quality and performance and even more performance friendly than some vanilla clothing

Just downloaded this new version, and I think a version of the Wastelander Jeans without the belt loops would be nice because they have a tendency to clip through the shirts and tops added by this mod and the other Wardrobe mods.

I only use your clothing/armor mods, absolutely love how they mash together between sets. Currently using parts from 5,6 and 7 for my character. Is there some sort of outfit replacement mod for these sets? It would be nice to have all the ladies of the Commonwealth equipped with these outfits. Maybe not realistic, but nobody downloads these mods for that purpose.

Hey Vtaw, I am slowly starting a project where I'm going to take screenshots in OS of each piece of your clothing, along with what Wardrobe it is, and the file name. It's VERY confusing making mashups when most of your files are just "arms" or a number, or "pants" and when you're moving between Wardrobes it becomes very frustrating. You can look at previews in BS, but only Wardrobe 5 and on show what Wardrobe number the file is. Utilities and 1-4, you just gotta get lucky heh. So, it's going to take me a bit, but I'd love your permission to either upload it or give it to you to share with your fans.

Hey, Vtaw. There is a really rare problem that I have met after installed the Vtaw Wardrobe 7 and 8, but I could also see someone mentioned this before on discord. After being hitten by enemies, the blood texture shows on the clothes turns into like many triangles. Some said it has to be related to the HHS mod, however at this point I tried: 1. Go to the Geometry tab and untick “Full precision”. 2. Reinstalled some mods that I think which could cause this problem, like CBBE, HHS, blood retexture and overhaul mod. Also, it is really strange that I would not see any blood texture glitch on other armor/clothes, but only on Vtaw Wardrobe. At this point, I really don't know what can i do to deal with it. May I please ask you for some advice and I will try it on my own.

A complete vtaw mashup total vanilla armor replacer is on my todo list. I've done 5 or 6 so far, but there are like 90+ vanilla outfits, and they take forever to do (and keep lore friendly + match the original theme of the outfit). It'll probably end up requiring wardrobe 5+6+7+8, plus the materials for all of them by the time i'm done with it. Also gotta figure out what to do for male armor

How do you change the colors in game? For individual outfits the different colors are available (jade/mileena/umbra), but for wardrobes I seem unable to access them. I have the necessary separate material files installed, there’s just no option in game

Wardrobes work the same way as small mods (jade, mileena) you change colors at workbench. Wardrobe 8 not every item has colors, Wardrobe 9 has no colors. Some mod conflicts with my mods and option to change colors is gone This mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/40650 can disable colors options. You can try by disable every mod, and only enable Wardrobe 8 and test it. If option to color change is not at workbench = item has no color or mod conflict. If option is there but, item is pink then then you didn't install material swaps

Ok, I don't have that mod. I've tried poking around and can't seem to get these larger file batches working. Are the material swap files all .DDS files with no .BGSMs? I wouldn't mind at this point going into either outfit studio or nifskope to change the base material to a single desired swap if that is something that is doable.

I might be mistaken but I think the files in the Wardrobe 8 Materials are in a textures folder instead of a Materials folder does it need to be changed in order to install properly?
