Idea is that Nurgle has his own 'sexy' Daemon girls like Slaanesh does, except less crab claws and evisceration and more crotch rot and loving. There's an artist named 'SexualYeti' who has drawn a few lovely examples over the past few years. He even did a pic of a Tzeentch Daemonette as well, bird nerd girl.
