Message To All Patrons (Patreon)

So for those who may be unaware. I changed around the plan for subscription to patreon and added the new annual feature that they recently put in. (Or maybe it's not recent and I'm just late to the punch as usual)

You're all welcome to check that out and switch to annual to save a bit of money, if you think you'll be sticking with me for the long haul. Of if you'd prefer to keep it monthly that's fine too, just figured it'd be nice to notify you all about that little change. Have a good day ^^
