The False King

This Mech was originally created and by the Black Hole Planet 3 Aliens who based it on Showa Godzilla who reigned as King before his son, Heisei, took to the throne.

MechaGodzilla’s original rampage, in which they brutally mutilated an Anguirus (not the current one with Yoroi), caused several million dollars damage, killed several hundred people but was eventually defeated by Godzilla and King Caesar in Okinawa and was covered up by Monarch and the UN. The MechaGodzilla was recovered by the Black Hole Aliens and kept in storage until a second invasion attempt was made by manipulating a Monarch scientist who was researching Titanosaurus in the Indian Ocean. This attempt also failed and MechaGodzilla was locked away in storage to gather dust for decades.

MechaGodzilla was stolen by Gigan for the M Space Hunter Nebula Aliens who upgraded the Mecha’s AI systems to become an even more lethal weapon and allowed it to gain sentience. Before it could be finished and put to use however the SpaceGodzilla, Ririn, attacked and hijacked the robot with his electromagnetic aura manipulating the systems of the Mech. With trouble Ririn managed to bring the Mecha under his command and use it against the Space Hunter Aliens.

Ririn will often pair the Silver giant with Gigan, having reprogrammed the mecha with a ‘professional’, cold and calculating personality to compliment Gigan’s brash and impulsive one.

MechaGodzilla currently finds himself on an island in the North Pacific where Ririn said that Heisei Godzilla was last seen fighting YoroiGoji and had been frozen in an iceberg. Although having searched the mysterious island, he finds that all of the ice has almost completely melted and if Heisei Godzilla had been there, he would have left years ago. MechaGodzilla moves to return to Ririn’s fortress in Japan however he is stopped when Shin Anguirus appears and confronts him. Realising that this is a potential witness to his activities MechaGodzilla goes to kill the creature but finds it a lot more resilient than the one he previously fought.

Although the mech manages to get the upper hand it is quickly thwarted by the arrival of Legendary Godzilla. Legendary upon seeing the Mecha seems to recognise it, despite not having seen it before in his life. In turn, MechaGodzilla seems to recognise Legendary as “Showa” despite him looking nothing like the Old King and being an entirely different species.

MechaGodzilla and Legendary proceed to fight, the mecha continuously calling the Young King, “Showa King” despite Legendary’s protests of not being him and that the Mecha must have it’s wires crossed or something. The Mecha manages to injure Legendary by inflicting a huge flesh wound across his back and ripping several dorsal plates out. Shin Anguirus goes to defend Legendary however the Mecha went against it’s programming and stated that it would break this “New Anguirus’s” jaw right in front of the old King. Before he could do so however, it was attacked by a young Rodan who had seen Legendary swimming North and followed him out of curiosity.

Being of a lava nature, Rodan could attack, over heat and melt the Mecha, affecting the being’s wiring and computer systems. The Mecha proceeded to go haywire after several assaults, allowing Legendary to rip the Mecha’s legs, head and arms off and ripping the energy cannons out of the Mecha’s chest. Legendary demanded what MechaGodzilla was doing and after several savage kicks the MechaGodzilla revealed that Ririn had sent him to search for Heisei Godzilla, Ririn’s, true father.

MechaGodzilla then taunted Legendary, calling him a coward for not standing up for Ririn as a child, infuriating Legendary who proceeded to melt the mech with his atomic breath.

Calming down, Legendary turned to Rodan and asked why he had followed him. Rodan had hoped that he could convince ShinGoji to leave Rodan territory as word was spreading that Legendary Godzilla and Shin Gojira were scheming together and planning to overthrow Yoroi and share the title of King of the monsters.
