Short Bio: The man of the hour. Dip is an easy going individual who wishes for a calm life and easy living. He grew up travelling from Scotland and back to the US, his american side of the family being native to the New England area, eventually they moved to Minnesota where he reconnected his cousin Jess and grew to be best friends. They moved out to start college but Dip eventually dropped out due to lack of passion and gathering too much unwanted female attention. But during  his time in college he, alongside Jess and a couple of other friends opened up a small cafe where Dip perused his desire of learning to brew drinks. He's the manager of the place, taking care of the staff, inventory and clientele happiness.

Eventually, due to their shared interest in the obscure and occult, Jess and Dip made a podcast "Truthercast" where they talk about conspiracies, Jess has a bigger interest in the more grounded aspects of conspiracies, like governments, politics and elites while Dip is more interested in the obscure and the occult, like cryptids and spiritualism. While the podcast isn't very well known, they have a high degree quality of research thanks to both Dip and Jess being internet savvy and knowing where to look, this attracted the attention of several Feds...

He's a bit shy and easily flustered but Dip loves to get to meet knew people and make friends, always friendly and bubbly. he's the Yang to Jess' Yin, but he isn't as daring as someone like Neena or Alex, he's very mindful of what people think of him, he's also kind of an air head, he's gullible passive which can result in people taking advantage of his good and soft nature. While he's rather joyful he does believe himself to be rather unlucky and is afraid his bad luck rubs on people, he tends to have lots of what he calls "misfortunes and misadventures" that might end up looking like strikes of luck for some. Both men and women end up really attracted to him and his feet. He doesn't get why, he theorizes it's some sort of family curse that's been plaguing the Wards since ancient times,

He loves Jess like a sister, always looking to cheer and prop her up, he's also a bit defensive and will not hesitate if he has to punch and kick someone for his cousin.

He adores Bailey with all of his heart, she's the love of his life, she loves everything about her both physically and internally, so much so they aren't able to keep their hands off each other when in private. He likes to call her "honey" and "boo".
It is unknown how much he know about Bailey and the Dud Squad's true intentions, Bailey has been telling him they are private investigators that are headquartered in Roseville but they don't know if Dip buys it or if he's playing dumb to get to know more info, but... Even if he is pretending to not know his girlfriend glows, the FBSI is a dead end for feds.

Befriend Dip and you'll have a friend for life, just... Don't be too insistent if you want to see him barefoot, it flatters him but it gets him all flustered, just ask nicely and he'll gladly give you a look
