As of this post, Tier 4 is now live. If you are interested in upgrading, go right ahead! It also includes all Tier 3 benefits, but remember: it's limited to 4 people!

As for last month's piece, I'm still working on it. I spent the latter half of the month working on improving my fundamentals since I haven't had time to do it for several months. I will hopefully have the Rocket piece released during the first third of the month!
