Hey Cuties!! 


So I know I've teased yall a bit here on what we are working on, but wanted to be as transparent as possible as things start to take shape. So here is a very early look into a possible design document for the next project.

For those who don't know what a design document is (AKA, Global Design Document or GDD) it's like a reference sheet for the vision, direction, and timeline of the game. A good design doc will have everything from concept art to profit projections on it. This GDD is only for the basic idea as I work on a playable prototype to test the concept so only has some text and vague ideas haha. Lots will change but I hope some of you might find this interesting. Maybe I should post other projects old design docs if you want to see? hehe

Give me your thoughts about the ideas we might be working on either here, twitter, discord, or you can even comment on the doc itself! 

But yes, there is a prototype in the works ;) Maybe yall will get to test it out soon. 😘

So what I gather is that you play the main character aka the Etna or w/e. Then you gather allies that are your four selectable skills to use in the stage. Each skill with their rarity and ability. So one character has a ranged shot ability. Or another allows for a double jump etc. Too upgrade the characters you could have a training room, with tools and such to pleasure and upgrade them. But each character have a preference to what they enjoy. You get a set amount of stamina per training, before they are on cooldown. Knowing what they enjoy doubles the points required for said upgrade. If you're going for an 'evil' type character you could set up the gatcha as an upgrade menu called the capturing grounds, upgrading the various tools and traps would boost the chance of a higher rarity character and ability.

Some yes some not quite :3 Most skills will be like an extra attack type. But also thinking of passive skills like extra jumps or more defense too! Upgrade and capturing is all very up in the air but I do like those ideas you got too ;)
