Hurricane Ian problems. (Patreon)

I am alive and none of my family was harmed, but the house did not pass through the storm unscathed. Roof broken, 2 foot of water inside the house, everything is ruined. I had to move, and it might even be a 6-month-timeframe sort of move, as my house was... very badly damaged. The place I moved to was also affected by the storm, though, but not as bad. Luckily, all the oaks fell around the house, instead of on top of the house. So very lucky that this new place survived at all, considering what could have happened. 

Electricity is out, with powerlines down everywhere in town. Internet is not happening in any normal sort of way.

Water came back online about 4 hours ago, tho! (There's still a boil order)

Power and internet are spotty, but we're on a generator and people have set up emergency mobile towers, so I have some capability to be online. 

But the bottom line is that I cannot write like I used to, and maybe not for a while. 

THERE WILL BE A 2 WEEK BREAK. ... at least.

Maybe I will have a splurge of chapters for you when I finally get those chapters written... But I gotta be honest. This storm is a major change in my life. I'll eventually get the story out to you in the quality that you're used to, but the quantity is gonna suffer. 

Eventually, Patreon will continue to be 6 weeks ahead of RR. 

RR will get this break in services when they get here, too.
