Switching to Subscription Billing (Patreon)

Patreon is now letting people switch back to the old method of billing. Seems like everyone hated what they've been doing the past few months; it was either double billing or at least appeared to be double charging patrons, so hopefully this will be better and more in line with how you expect things to work.
