KappaPT Rework Status Update #3 (Patreon)

I've got reflections and the accompanying temporal and spatial denoising mostly working now, so I'll now focus on getting the rest of the pack ready so that I can hopefully release the first early version of the rework until this weekend. It'll be the usual procedure as with the last reworks there, meaning only overworld will work for the first few versions since it obviously makes sense to iron out any general issues before I spend time on porting everything to the other dimensions.
