Discord Bot Status Update (Patreon)

Oi, the bot is doing a test run on my server. Check the #bot-test channel if you're a subscriber and read the pinned messages there. Also make sure your patreon and discord account are connected (if you still lack your role on my server, disconnect and reconnect your accounts, the patreon bot is rubbish).
