Time for some quality improvements of the additions that the last update introduced :)

- improved overall irradiance cache performance (less hitches especially)
- fixed reflection issues
- adjusted irradiance cache accumulation
- fixed most bleeding issues with the irradiance volume
- minor irradiance cache bleeding issues may happen
- framing tool is now hidden when the gui is hidden (using F1)
- improved volumetric mist handling
- improved irradiance volume
