Vanilla Plus Shader v3.0 Preview E2 (Patreon)

Time for the next preview of this update, which now features:

- screenspace godrays
- water fog which also is able to take the water biome tint into account
- nighttime stars
- colored shadows from water
- improved fog weighting

P2a should fix the nighttime issues some people had with P2.
