I won't guarantee that this cycle of an Update every two days will stay that way but anyways, here's another small batch of changes that should also lift performance up by a decent margin:

- vastly improved voxel LOD performance
- added some more block mappings (I'll get them all eventually)
- better water caustics
- added water volume
- various internal performance tweaks
- fixed specular highlight
- default is now 1SPP due to negligible gains with the filter enabled
- minor improvements on convergence behaviour of the filter
