Kappa v3.0 Preview E6 (Patreon)

This version differs quite a bit from the last preview, since it is now the regular Kappa version while E5 only got a preview of the lite version.

This version features:

- resourcepack support
- improved specular behavior
- rough reflections
- higher quality clouds
- variable penumbra shadows
- minor adjustments and fixes

DIMENSIONS MAY BE BROKEN AS OF NOW DUE TO RENDERING PIPELINE CHANGES!
