Some upcoming changes (Patreon)

Oi folks,

since I've started doing some slightly more extensive development cycles now it'll take quite a bit longer until new public releases are available. I thought this might be a good opportunity to make better use of my patreon since I could make more preview versions for you folks now.

Additionally I'll prolly switch to charge upfront since you get immediate access to those previews once you join. I'll try to stick the updates into the first half of the month so you don't get charged twice when joining for an update towards the end of the months.
