Glowy eyes Lycanroc anim (Patreon)

I like glowy eyes so I tried my hand at another animation!  WIth a bit more guidance this time instead of trying to just winging it like my previous ones (2 years ago now..) I followed a timing chart to help in-between and used the industry standard of 24 fps! I'm really happy with the result :3
