Another update that was planned as a minor update but ended up getting slightly bigger.

This update adds quality/compression options for image sequence exports (and fixes WEBP using the lowest quality by default).

There is now a server selection in the settings (Auto/EU/US), previously the server was always chosen automatically.

Also, the last used export mode now gets saved when you close and re-open Flowframes.
