Flowframes Beta Download: 1.24.4 (Patreon)

So scene detection was somehow still broken in 1.24.3, but now it really works.

Also, I fixed a video encoding bottleneck - it's now up to 370% faster with NVENC and up to 170% faster with CPU codecs! 

Also, paths with special characters no longer break Pytorch-based AI implementations.
