Phew! I need to apologize to you guys about the delay this month, I had the opportunity of taking up an external job for a few days and it completely threw me off schedule!

I have at least two pics cooking and to be posted before the end of the month, and I'm hoping to get some more done (which will be posted starting November if I can't make it in time).
