[OC] Guren (Alts) (Patreon)

Here's the first batch of concept and sprite art of my next original character, Guren!

She'll be the main heroine of the pred route of the same visual novel as Chiyo.

Again, her real identity and backstory is something you will find out as a player, but I can tell you right now that she's an elite youkai hunter who was sent to the village the player's in so she can help you to defeat Chiyo before she consumes everyone. As with other youkai hunters, she has formed a bond with her own youkai that grants her supernatural powers in exchange of a great price.

As for her vorish powers, you may assume she has the usual ability to swallow people whole with her mouth (upper or lower), breasts, and belly (with a caveat). Also, her youkai is technically a piece of the seventh cold hell itself. Thus, whenever she eats someone alive, humans or youkai alike, her insides open a portal to said hell itself and permanently banishes the victim there, freezing them forever. It is the ultimate sealing technique, but in exchange she's afflicted with a curse that forces her to eat one human for every youkai she eats. Because to activate it, she has to burn the soul of a previous victim, but it also partially or completely thaws an evil youkai has banished before, and said youkai are powerful enough to control her even while inside her, though they freeze again once a new soul's claimed. 

Another consequence of having a literal chunk of hell itself inside her belly is that it slowly grows inside her the more she eats, and considering Guren has one of the highest kill counts among all youkai hunters, her belly population of frozen prey is in the order of several thousands. So her real belly size is probably much larger than a decently sized village. Thanks to the magical equipment issued by the youkai hunters' HQ, she was able to magically limit her belly size to a more manageable degree. But considering how huge she is even with her belly limiter on, it might sometimes wear off on short notice, causing her belly to expand back to its original size in big bursts. Her breasts and butt also each have their limiters on, so they might go kabwoomp too, at the same time or separately.

I probably made too many alternate expressions again, but I did them anyway not only because Guren's a cutie, but also because she probably needs more expressions than most characters. In fact, I might have to make even more in the future for different poses and CGs, so this is by no means all there is to her.

Anyways, with her first few sprites done, the next characters of the VN I could work on are her sister, who's also a youkai hunter but a womanlet with a smaller belly, or the main heroine of the preg route, who's a pregnant shopkeeper you'll interact with often, especially in her own route.

Also, to make sure I make actualy, steady progress and not be stuck forever, I'll be doing my best to put at least 2 or 3 weeks per month into making the VN from now on. I'll also announce new patreon/fanbox rewards as well as new tiers once the development is in full swing, so look forward to that as well!

Disclaimer(s): The mockups are not actual in-game screenshots and are simply there for testing purposes. No test builds are out yet, but the real ones will look very close to this. Full development will start once I have all the sprites and assets ready.
