I'm betting hard that Caribou's connection is Sir Crocodile! It would be perfect! Also it looks like 1084 is anime-canon, aka canon filler, adding emotional goodbye scenes that weren't in the manga, which may help for those out there who say the end of Wano felt rushed. Either way it's cool, they leave Wano in 1085.

While I did feel that the end of Wano was rushed, my bigger issue by FAR is Hiyori's speech and the messaging about the Kurozumi. It just feels like the Kurozumi storyline, and the way it played an important role in Wano's thematic messaging about not condemning people for their relatives' actions, was totally dropped. I know that people want to argue "It was just a pun bro" or "actually in the Japanese she's just referring singularly to Orochi," but those are silly excuses. I know that people are often referred to by their family name in Japanese, but the pun is still based off of the clan name...which seems relevant when the whole issue was Orochi being persecuted because of his family name. Oda could've made "Kurozumi" Orochi's given name instead if he wanted to really parallel the "Oden was born to boil" line. It gets worse when you realize that "Kurozumi" is very different from the other clan names in Wano. Kozuki, Amatsuki, Shimotsuki, Fugetsu – they're all based on the moon!! Except for Kurozumi, which is "black charcoal" of all things. The clan was made to stick out from the beginning. Feels really weird to me that it would be unresolved like it is, with no real reckoning among the Wano citizens, and Tama apparently a Kurozumi. Maybe the continuing cycle of hatred will be addressed if we go back to Wano for Pluton! Otherwise, that'll be an extremely disappointing plot thread for me.

ho appena notato che mancano anche le reaction agli episodi di Enies Lobby. questo, insieme al fatto che non si possa avere una risposta da te, mi portano a disdire il rinnovo abbonamento purtroppo. proverò a vedere se su YouTube sono visibili per intero, altrimenti sarà comunque stato un bel viaggio fino a qui. in bocca al lupo!
