I can understand why some people think that Ginny is Luffy's mother, but it should be more than clear that she is Bonney's mother, she doesn't really seem to be attracted to Dragon, but she is to Kuma. If I'm not wrong, Dragon would have been 15 years old at the time of the God Valley incident. Even if it has nothing to do with One Piece or shonen in general, I don't think that Dragon is Rocks, simply because he is too young. The Rocks members didn´t like each other, but Rocks managed to at least keep them on one ship. I can't imagine that a BM would have taken orders from a child. I could imagine that Rocks is something like Garp's brother and has changed his last name or something like that. but even that is a really long stretch theory

it's Ginny with a J sound. you can look it up on the wiki. they have the transliteration of the katakana. Ginny = ジニー . ジ = Ji. ニ = Ni. also you missed 4 panels on the page of the double spread. I don't know if ginny is bonney's mom, but I'm sure kuma isn't her biological dad. he probably adopted her.

Dragon was 17 at the time of god valley he’s the same age as akainu I believe both dragon and akainu are 55 I think I maybe wrong.

i think that Rocks and baggy had the same story: lucky bastard that for some reason gathered a godlike crew which disrecpect them (we saw this with newgate's words) Moreover, garp was already a heavy eater in the family line so i didn't see why it would be so obvious that ginny might be luffy's mom
