I don't know if you remember but when shanks save luffy from the sea monster in episode 4 he use intimation haki, that's one of the most impressive foreshadowing of One PIece for me

Fair warning, the pacing does get worse now after the timeskip. It also has a different feel but it’s still very good. There’s a lot of different opinions out there about some arcs post timeskip but I’m sure you’ll still love it.

You don’t have to watch all of the episode or arc, but I’d highly recommend watching the ‘I want to live’ scene with the shooting the flag in dub, just a personally recommendation but it’s amazing, it’s beautiful.
