My boyfriend prefers his bananas spotless (literally) - in that exact moment of ripeness when they're fully yellow but haven't started getting spots yet. I have also found out that I love baking banana bread. Turns out that pistachios and peanuts work great for it, and grinding the nuts by hand with a stone mortar is extremely satisfying.

Ok, we need your banana bread recipe now. (Personally, brown bananas taste fine, a little sweeter, maybe.)
