I want to say Elliot forgot a shirt due to being used to it not being a big deal when he's male, but the fast food place probably would have insisted on a shirt anyway, so...

Sarah would start with her top on and DRAMATICALLY DISROBE near the end of the day. Nanase would stay with a top on for practical reasons - the girls need some support or her back starts to hurt. She does take it off while tanning for a while.
