What? No, I'm not covering for the fact that I forgot the bowtie in the previous strip by making Justin's outfit gradually more revealing. Perish the thought!

Edit - Reworded first panel a bit.

Commentary

Fair warning, I do like this result. And I'd BETTER, because Susan's long hair is the biggest cheat for whenever I don't want to draw Susan's back.

Thing is, recently, there have been times in this storyline when I've wanted to show Susan's back, and I've found myself drawing her hair doing all sorts of nonsense to get out of the way. It's one reason I've considered this option.

And also a scene with Barber Justin, but mostly the "Susan actually does have a back" thing.

I for one choose to believe that Susan has secretly been some sort of all powerful aberration this whole time, and as such has no back.

does that mean her aversion to sexual intimacy is because she instinctively knows she can never be part of the beast with two backs? :P

I like to think of female Justin as Justine.

Some Ed

Sure she could. It would just require even more intimacy, in a way that few men seem to be up for.

I just like to think miss Justin enjoys opening her shirt when people have their back to her, and this time around she only managed to put back one button in time. Of course the thrill has made her too distracted to realize that there's a mirror and Susan has been watching her flaunt it all this time. An occasionally blushing Susan has decided to not point it out and just enjoy the view. Out of politeness, of course.
