You can't prove there isn't a medieval fantasy equivalent of the Fonz.

That moment when everyone on your team is a support class.

As far as the games inspiring these comics, however, I've rarely found it an issue, because I generally don't exclusively treat my character as a support class.

It is possible to do that in some games, however, so there could be times when one's companion needs to be able to take a lot of hits and such while you're on the sidelines helping keep them healthy. That's only really if you play in an unusual way, however.

There is the potential danger of choosing a particularly non-stealthy companion if you're being sneaky, however, which I would say is the more likely and common issue with companions. Heck, in Fallout 4, robot companions don't even know HOW to sneak, which is sort of weird given that one of the expansions lets you give them a power that increases your own sneak ability if they're nearby.

I've had the issue off being support in Skyrim, though my intention was to be a destruction mage, I ended up using Healing Hands on my companions fairly often.

Something about how you've drawn Grace in the second and fourth panels just screams "Calvin and Hobbes" to me.

'You can't prove there isn't a Medieval Fantasy equivalent of the Fonz' - Clearly this takes place in a realm where 'Nuked back to the stone age' isn't a metaphor, and things are magical now because they were magic nukes, and after the Megaspells fell there was an influential religion teaching the Way of the Fonz

And, trying to undo all of the Cool Works of The Fonz, is The Shark, and in the End Seasons The Fonz will mount his Riding Hog, and the Hog will Leap over the Shark, causing... Sorry, it seemed like a good prophecy at the time. ^_^

At least "Skyrim" allows you to be a Renaissance man/woman/critter. I try not to specialize.
