Who do you want to see in the end of month polls, and what sort of forms do you want to see?

Note: I'm only asking for who you'd like to see and what sort of forms in very general times. I'm not looking for specific suggestions of what exactly the options should be.

EDIT - There are some suggestions with five people / forms per comment. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but that doesn't help me narrow things down.
